  • Install and manage firewalls and proxy servers
  • Install and manage printers, projectors and other IT office equipment
  • Manage website and email services
  • Manage cloud service provider (CSP) subscriptions (e.g. Office 365, Box, Dropbox, G-Suite)
  • Deploy and administer Remote Monitoring & Management  (RMM) software to monitor your systems and network for security threats, anomalies and outages.

  • 1 on-site visit per month (e.g. hardware deployments or in-person assistance)
  • 1 project per month (4 hour maximum)
  • Network and systems administration (includes cloud services)


Premium Plan - 5 hrs per wk - $799 mo.

  • Inventory of all Hardware/Software
  • IT Service Desk (includes ticketing system)
  • Remote Support Assistance (powered by GoToAssist)
  • 3 on-site visits per month (e.g. hardware deployments or in-person assistance)
  • 1 Project per month (8 hour maximum)
  • Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM)
  • Network and systems administration (includes cloud services)


Ultimate Plan - 10 hrs per wk - $1199 mo.

  • Inventory of all Hardware/Software
  • IT Service Desk (includes ticketing system)
  • Remote Support Assistance (powered by GoToAssist)
  • 6 on-site visits per month (e.g. hardware deployments or in-person assistance)
  • 2 projects per month (12 hour maximum)
